Last character for now! Bart is fun to write for.
I keep imagining the hat functioning as way too good of a disguise. Like, people would see the hat and fail to notice the gigantic bird wearing it.

The question is, if we turn it into a coonskin cap (Made from real 'coon!) then can it be made to turn into any cat?

Both are tetrapod mammalian carnivores.

And in fact there are cat hats (Sometimes made from real cat.) Which makes the transition even easier.
