(Any motivation I had to develop my own card game ideas has just flown out the window!)
Are those tallies reflecting the real probability of winning using that strategy? (Also, shouldn't a computer be able to figure this stuff out?)

I've got something that works but takes up gobs of memory, so I'm going to have to rewrite a few functions when I get around to it...
If the opponent chooses die A, you should choose die B.
If the opponent chooses die B, you should choose die C.
If the opponent chooses die C, you should choose die D.
If the opponent chooses die D, you should choose die A.
Provided that Wildcard's opponent always goes first, Wildcard can just use the strategy above to win the majority of the time.
Do I win a prize for figuring it out?
*Note: not serious about winning a prize as indicated by the emote with the tongue sticking out*
Then again, that kind of dice are unfair to use anyways. I'd much prefer normal dice.
